The orthodox of all persuasions — Jews and Christians and Muslims, theists and atheists, leftists and rightists — get so wrapped up in their eternal quests, their conversion campaigns, their apocalypses and their utopias, the Rapture and the Revolution, that they forget to ENJOY their infinitesimal time on earth.
